Here are a couple of pictures from a family trip I planned; I just didn't go. C grew up in Canada and knew how to layer the goose so she stayed warm all night.

As for me, I am through with surgery. I have no more pain in my shoulder and my left hand is coming along. They did cut my neck and take out the herniated disk, so I have some neck pain, but less every day. I can't help but think that I should be sewing by the end of the week. My biggest limitation is not lifting. I also received a Kindle for my birthday and am loving it.
