Company

I love to have people come and visit.
It means I get to clean my house and have Richard clean the shower.
But it is so worth it to spend some time with friends and family.
As any of you who come to visit know, we like to take you out and see a little of Idaho.

Our first group of company this year was a friend of mine from California.
She came with her husband and 4 boys.
We had a great hike out to Box Canyon and picnic at Ridder Island.
I have never been to Ridder Island in the summer......turns out there are a whole lot of mosquitos there.
Not Good!

I was so happy to spend some time with them.

Then, a few days later, which means the house was already clean.
Wes's brother and mother came, for a couple of days.
Wes and Rich kayaked to Pillar Falls.
This is Pillar Falls, not Wes, or anyone we know.
I hope he comes back and do it again.

Summer is going by tooooo fast.

A Day at the Lake

I like to get to Redfish Lake at least once a year, so we went yesterday.
You know your life has changed, when you let your son bring a friend and he shows up with a girl.
What can I say?  My little boy is growing up.

A beautiful day.

I got my feet wet, and then had a relaxing afternoon.

Learning how to work together.

The always happy and ever helpful, Wes Hall.

Road Trip

Warning:  Too Many Pictures

We left the house and went to Canada.
Let me say that the Canadian Rockies are amazing.

Here we are in Banff.

Wes was working on his selfies on this trip.
Enjoy.

I love this picture of Lucy, who loves to climb and collect rocks.

I did not find a Royal Canadian Mountie, but Keith dressed up like one.
Thanks Keith.

Those poor animals, she loved them all.

I love the sky line of Calgary.

Rocks...

And more rocks.

Double fisted eater....she knows how to eat.

Love this place.

And then there was quiet time.

I wan't up to walking the zoo... maybe next time.

Courtney took us to see this rock, left by a glacier.
It was huge....

Another selfie..

Just closing their eyes for a minute.

Lucy did a great job making straight lines,
her little sister put them where-ever, including her mouth.

Love these checks.

And these too.

We had a great time and will do it all again next year.
