Savanah and Three Beaches

I have had Savanah on my list for a few years. So we went with Richard and Ashley after a visit with them in North Carolina.

It was hot and beautiful.

Made time to touch the Spanish Moss. It's
So soft.

Lady and Sons, banana pudding, pralines, Pete the Cat were all must do's.

The Atlantic Ocean was next.  Tybee Island was first. Love it. Hotter than heck and the water felt amazing.  Perfect bobbing in the ocean weather. We saw a few dolphin while we were out there.

Second beach was Jekyll Island. All I can say is lovely.  We went to the turtle rehabilitation center and saw some amazing sea turtles.  Just lovely.

Third beach was Gulf Shores in Alabama. We were only there an hour.  What can I say? I'm going back.

The white sand was heavenly.   I could use some more time there. .

We then started our trip home. It took a few days. I love a road trip and it was a bonus to stop at the sea along the way.

Road Trip

We are off for a wild road trip. We do enjoy seeing this great country.  It is so beautiful. First stop: Kansas

Cute grands kept us busy.

Swimming lessons

Ice cream

And a Missouri Church sites afternoon kept us busy.

Adam-ondi-Ahman

Very peaceful

even with the yahoo's.

Independence

Ours or theirs?  It kinda freaked me out a little.

Liberty jail

Clara was chilling during the presentation.

Far West....no pictures but a question.  Will they finish that temple site?

Hawns' Mill

Nothing  but peace,  quiet and a lesson in following a prophet, even when you don't understand or thing you know better.

Good visit with Todd. When he was looking for a job I told him he would find the one the Lord wanted him to have. He is in a good place to raise a family. Seeing the hand of the Lord in this move is a blessing.

End of School Year

I have had an incredible journey this  year at school.
It was hard. I had some English Language Learners that had learning disabilities as well. But I did enjoy it.

Last Cliford lesson.

Such cute kids, but naughty.

They are not going to fund my job next year, so I am going to 4th grade for my last two  years. I hope to volunteer at the CSI Welcome Center after that.

I did a culture project.   These kids loved learning and talking about their homelands.

I look forward to watching their future  progress.

New adventures await.
