Here is ls ready to go to Prom. The dress was a a journey, that I would like to explain. From the start she wanted a short dress, with a flair skirt.

I found a dress at the Idaho Youth Ranch for $15. It was very well made, modest and a pretty color. I cut off all three layers, cut out about 1/3 of the tulle, changed the sash and pressed it. By the way, I used a product called,
best pressed, and it was wonderful. I ended up spending a total of $28. It was what she wanted, so it is all good.
