Wedding
Our son Richard, was married this weekend in North Carolina. It took place in a beautiful park near Winston Salem and Wes officiated. They are planning on a celebration where everyone is invited next Spring. We also had a brunch afterwards. It was sweet. I had hoped that Richard would take some time to be alone after his extremely difficult marriage with Ashley. But I've come to realize that he will never be alone. Ivy was one of his roommates after he left Ashley. I have felt in my heart that my mom helped them find each other. I'm not sure of how their relationship transpired, but they seem happy. They work as a team. They are very considerate of each other. They are fiscally responsible. They both love their families. They both see the same therapist...that's another story.
