Windy Days
It was a wicked, windy, day but I needed to deliver a couple of sewing machines to Shoshone. When I got out of the car I couldn't get over the beautiful sky. It was like finding joy in a hurricane.
I wish I could say the weather improved, but it did not.
But the sky was blue and the flowers were showing off their colors.
Lilacs make me crazy with allergies, but they are beautiful. This neighborhood is full of old Lilac bushes. The fragrance is stronger than our dairy air and our bush is the home to dozens of birds, who make me happy.
I don't think I will ever tire of taking pictures of flowers.
I feel like I should say something about the latest current event.
I think gun violence is out of control in this country, but there are very few lawmakers who want to try and resolve this issue that takes the lives of so many children and adults.
If you are an administration who is constantly lying, breaking laws, have no respect for the Constitution, are literally killing innocent people, cut health care and mental health care, and have an agenda to break down the Federal Government, I feel like there are going to be people who want to kill you. It's not right, but at the end of the day, you are responsible for your behavior.
Mental Health is a real problem and if all you do is listen to the noise out there, your problems are going to grow and become uncontrollable.
So take a walk,
make some cookies,
call a friend and go to lunch,
walk the dog,
pet your cat,
learn to play the guitar,
cross stitch,
plant some flowers
just walk away from all the noise.
You will feel better.
God is good...
Flower Power...
Please let the wind blow far away from me.....
