Last Week of School

I am looking at spending the last couple of days with this group.
( We were pirates one day)

It has been one of those years.

Someones mom died,
Someones house burnt down,
Someones dad got deported
I have paid for more lunches than you can imagine.
and
I had an opportunity to help the cutest little family
that came across the boarder this summer.

These are the kind of classes that stick to your heart.

We had some happy times too.

A foster child and his siblings are just about adopted,
We have learned English, lots of English
and I have learned how to count backwards from 10 in espanol .
They even taught me how to say blast off.
We have learned how to work as a group
and how to share with those who need our help.
And we have learned how to say Thank You to the people who help us.

I will miss them, but I will keep track of them.

And I will be so, so, so  happy to see

Summer!
