Is it over?

Image
The weather has been lovely. One of the reasons I love Idaho in the Fall is because of  the cold mornings, and warm afternoons. The colors are about gone. There are still plenty of leaves. But when I walked through the park and saw these on the trees, I decided it is time to end my Fall pictures. I drive by the park on my way to work every morning. I am not going to lie. I love the Christmas lights. When you go to work in the dark and come in at dusk, the lights are very inviting.

Logan and a walk to the park

I hate it when my life gets too busy and I get behind. We went to Logan last week and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.    This is Hyrmn Dam This is a beautiful view of the valley. I also went on a walk in Jerome last weekend. I just can't get over the Fall colors. Share something today.

Crunch, crunch, crunch

I'm still enjoying the Fall colors. I love the crunch of the leaves. I also love to teach kids all about leaves. Because of that,  they bring me handfuls, everyday.

Walking in the Fall

When I stopped to take this picture,  I had to laughas I heard someone say, "What is she doing?" "She's taking a picture.' Hey, I guess not everyone thinks this tree is worth a picture. After a crazy day, I decided to head out on Friday. I just love the change of color this time of year. I have to admit that this path through the park has not always been in good shape. I'm happy that they found the money to fix it.   Leaves are falling,  Autumn is calling.

Walking

I started walking again. I had a walk in February that caused tendinitis. After too much time and a new pair of walking shoes and some visits to my physical therapist, I started to walk again. I forgot how much I love to walk around this little town. I wanted to show the colors change. So, hopefully, I will be able to show some of my walk. Love this weird tree in the fall. And the park I like to walk through. Hmm, it should be fun to watch the changes.

Grace

Image
I lost a thumb drive a couple of weeks ago. I looked everywhere. I went through every inch of my desk at home and school. I prayed, still couldn't find it. I had given up. I needed some documents on it and was afraid that I was going to have to start from the start. Then I came home Monday and looked down to see this. I don't know how it got here, but I know how I found it. Sometimes, it is only the grace of God that helps us. Everyone knows I love flowers. These have done very well this year. It won't be long until we get a freeze and these will be gone. It is always something to look forward to.

Wedding Stuff

Last week was the final wedding event. We had an Open House here for Richard and Ashley. I put up new lights for it and I'm not taking them down. I really like them. Back to the Open House. Richard and Ashley had some car problems on the way down here. So Wes and Spencer went to Brigham City to pick them up and bring them here. We took them back the next day. It was a crazy weekend. Weddings tend to bring families together. I have been grateful for all the help my family has given to me. My mom, myself and my grand daughter all have the same middle name. All spelled differently.  These two are peas in a pod when they are together. It makes me happy. Here is another grandchild with the middle name of Kay. I love these guys.  They make my day just by being their goofy selves.
